We are working with a global client undergoing a major HR transformation and seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR process mapping, standardsisation, and change management. This role is critical in shaping future-state HR operations and ensuring successful adoption across the business. If you bring deep HR systems experience and a track record of delivering in complex, cross-functional environments, we'd like to hear from you. This is a 12 months project with potential of extension.

The Role
- Conduct current-state analysis of HR processes across multiple geographies and business units.
- Design and document future-state HR processes with a focus on global standardization and scalability. Identify and minimize local process deviations to drive global standardization.
- Develop detailed process documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
- Conduct workshops and working sessions with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business functions.
- Gather and analyze requirements to inform system design and configuration.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors ensuring alignment with standardized processes.
- Define and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and organizational readiness activities.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams during design, configuration, testing, and rollout phases.
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports that drive decisions and alignment.
- Manage relationships with global and regional stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and feedback.
- Support test planning, UAT, and issue resolution to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on HR transformation projects.
- Proven track record in end-to-end implementation of HR systems - ideally SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes, including hire-to-retire, performance management, and payroll.
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, process design, and global standardization.
- Skilled in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and facilitating discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing SOPs and documentation for HR processes across global teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior exposure to HR compliance and regional regulatory considerations is an advantage.
