About the Role

Join our dynamic Global Projects & Industry Solutions team as a Projects Management Executive, where you'll contribute to the execution and support of high-impact industrial solutions across Southeast Asia and beyond.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about project coordination, enjoy stakeholder interaction, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the project team in executing and completing projects across Southeast Asia and other regions.

Help prepare project schedules, implementation plans, procurement strategies, and logistics plans.

Contribute to the creation of proposals and tender documents.

Assist in sourcing and liaising with third-party vendors and suppliers.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units to ensure smooth project delivery.

Track delivery timelines and monitor costs to align with project budgets and requirements.

Handle documentation including shipping documents, invoices, and related administrative tasks.

Assist in preparing project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Support the team in other business-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment
