Operations Manager, Hospitality Management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Overseas sales activities and revenue performance
• Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory controls
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and corporate clients
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous improvement
• Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with local regulations

Requirements:

• Min 5 years' experience in Management level in Service apartments or hotel operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
