We are partneted with an established organisation to look for a highly experienced and strategic Principal Solution Architect to join a dynamic team focused on growing the local tech ecosystem by working closely with digital tech startups and enterprise partners.

In this role, you'll engage directly with senior decision makers to identify opportunities, guide adoption of cutting-edge solutions, and support the growth of promising companies through large-scale transformation projects. This is a rare opportunity to blend enterprise architecture, consulting, and ecosystem development to help shape the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducttechnical assessments of innovative digital solutions to guiding implementation planning, evaluation and enabling adoption.
• Design high-level architectural blueprints that address security, scalability, and business alignment for large transformation projects.
• Lead discovery and design-thinking sessions with stakeholders to surface opportunities and develop executable strategies.
• Act as a connector between startups, government agencies, and global tech players to open new local and international growth avenues.
• Provide trusted guidance to both internal and external teams, balancing technical depth with strong business acumen.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mobilize the right support, tools, and partnerships to bring strategic projects to life.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or digital transformation leadership.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, systems integration, microservices, and modern enterprise tech stacks.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite audiences.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, or similar credentials are highly advantageous.
• Strategic mindset with an eye for identifying scalable, impactful digital solutions.
