We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to set up the processes in Singapore and oversee operations locally.

about the job

• Establish and maintain quality systems across all functional areas, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC22000, Halal, and Kosher standards; manage QM documentation, testing, release, and audits.
• Plan and conduct internal, external, and supplier audits; ensure tolling partners meet material and process quality standards, including HACCP and relevant certifications.
• Coordinate with qualified external labs for product testing and consistency checks; record analysis results, manage product releases, and issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
• Handle product deviations and customer complaints through root cause analysis and CAPA; prepare quality agreements and drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with purchasing to qualify local raw materials and tolling partners; support localization of products, regional supplier audits, and cross-functional decision-making in product development.

skills and experience required

• bachelor's degree in chemical/analytic/science related field
• min. 5 years of experience in food chemical manufacturing industry
• familiarity with SAP system
