Requirements
- Manage shipments materials and equipment, including customs clearance and compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records in alignment with project requirements and production schedules.
- Prepare and manage documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and etc.
- Work closely with transport companies, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Align logistics activities with timelines
- Monitor and control transportation costs, while identifying opportunities for logistics process improvements and savings.
- Ensure logistics activities comply with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and material handling standards.
- Liaise with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align logistics needs.
- Address delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments proactively to avoid disruptions to operation workflows.
Requirements
- Fresh Diploma Graduates from any of the following institutions:
- Diploma in Business Practice (Supply Chain Management) - Nanyang Polytechnic
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management - Republic Polytechnic
- Diploma in SCPD05 Supply Chain Management - Temasek Polytechnic
- Diploma in Global Supply Chain Management - PSB Academy
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. - STEI Institute
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in using MS Office
