We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Business Analyst with a passion for blockchain technology to join our innovation team. You'll work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into blockchain-enabled solutions.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for blockchain-based applications.
• Translate complex business processes into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to design smart contracts and decentralized apps (dApps).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis on blockchain trends.
• Facilitate workshops and sprint planning with stakeholders and tech teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (blockchain experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of DLT, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana.
• Knowledge of cryptography and Web3 ecosystems
