Primary responsibilities:

• Work closely with Retail Operations Manager to manage all business development and reports.
• Ensure all reporting are completed timely.
• Organizing and analyzing data from available data sources to support retail reporting, projects and initiatives
• Assist to analyze marketing plans and opportunities to deliver sales and profitability target
• Ensure successful execution of Retail Initiative progra
• Business Performance Monitoring
• To review and monitor Store Report recap of all stores on ongoing basis to propose corrective actions to enhance the efficiency of business.
• To initiate measures for optimization of business opportunities in all business areas with focus on cost control (e.g. POP store business, Atrium sales)
• Creating analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects
• Development of standard templates, scorecards, and benchmarking across all stores
• Present retail analysis to both internal and APAC contacts
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
• Managing yearly budget process, reviewing POS information & prepare report for following year.
• Performing data segmentation analysis to support promotional campaigns and program enhancements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business and relevant fields
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail analysis and/or financal analysis roles.
• Detailed and merticulous
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive and able to work with little supervision
