The Logistics Coordinator/ Specialist is responsible for optimizing freight transportation, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high safety, service, and security standards. This role supports KES ET&S projects by representing the Logistics function on project teams, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to project delivery requirements.

The Logistics Coordinator/ Specialist role is part of the Supply Chain team. The team works closely with various departments to integrate logistics into company procedures and operations

What You Will Do

Requirements:

• Prepare and manage comprehensive shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with FTA forms.
• Develop efficient shipping and assess transport routes for various types of goods.
• Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure compliant import/export execution and manage KPIs.
• Oversee virtual logistics flows, maintaining control and visibility from origin to destination.
• Communicate with logistics service providers and stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Work with other departments to integrate logistics into company procedures and operations.
• Coordinate daily shipments according to company quality standards and legal regulations.
• Provide expert logistics advice and promptly resolve shipment issues.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Background in logistics, business administration, or supply chain management
• Fresh graduates or 0-5 year experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain team
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Exposure to manufacturing and/or petrochemical industries.
• Exposure with containerized, breakbulk, heavy lift movements, and air/sea/inland freight.
• Advanced understanding of international trade and logistics best practices.
• Expertise in freight forwarding partnerships.
• Knowledge in industrial/project logistics.
