Logistic Supervisor

Basic Salary - $4500 - $5500
Working hours - Mon to Thu 7.30am-5pm, Fri 7.30am- 4pm (5 days)
Working location - Pioneer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & Supervises 48 Stacker & Unstackers
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of a smaller, less complex, and/or single-line production operation and monitor colleague productivity.
• Effectively implements new performance management systems, production plans, and performance criteria. Runs shift meetings, confirms production progress, and responds to delays. Creates and implements group improvement plans.
• Ensures team understands roles and responsibilities as they relate to the team
• Encourages joint problem solving, personal safety, and individual development.
• Implements and enforces compliance with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoots issues that arise.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Willing to work Overtime, on weekdays or even weekends
• Min 3 yrs in logistic supervisor role, able to lead 40-50 staff
