Our client is a Japanese entertainment company producer of collectible card games and trading cards, publisher of mobile apps and games, promotional items and many other venues, which was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Tokyo

Job Description:
- Oversee the marketing and development of company's product brands
- Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency
- Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability
- Set the team goals within the overall company's goals and objectives
- Cooperate with team members to plan and execute brand strategies to achieve the desired goals
- Manage team's budget
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma/ Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Proactive and has good decision-making skills
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multitasking
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events when required
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
- Preferably someone with experience or passionate in entertainment or lifestyle industry, but not essential

Compensation:
- Working location: CBD, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
- Flexible reporting time to work
- Entitle for AWS
- Performance bonus
