Job Summary:

• Salary will be commensurate with experience (Basic UP to $2500 + OT)

Job Scope:

1. Warehouse / Logistics Assistant

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

2. Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator

• Develop warehouse layout and planning strategies for optimal space utilization.
• Oversee and maintain warehouse documentation and inventory records accurately.
• Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiently.
• Analyze processes across receiving, handling, distribution, and storage to identify improvements.
• Update and track data using MS Excel, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Candidate with Forklift License will be an advantage
• Candidate with Singapore Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
