Summary:

• Location: Joo Koon
• 5 days / Office Hours 845 - 545
• Basic up to: $3500 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation (including Import/Export forms, Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, and Free Trade Agreement documents) in compliance with international trade regulations and destination country requirements.
• Coordinate shipment planning and execution by liaising with both internal departments and external customers or logistics providers.
• Source and compare freight quotations to identify cost-effective shipping options.
• Ensure all activities follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain full compliance with import/export laws and regulatory requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
