Job Duties:

• Support the delivery and implementation of new products and BAU enhancements requested by the business.
• Participate in discussions with the business in understanding the processes and document the rules and enhancements that are needed.
• Translate business requirements into complete test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
• Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
• Tracks the outstanding defects and works with Information Technology in resolving the tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline.
• Develop comprehensive SOP or training guides for the enhancements.
• Perform post deployment verification of the system when the project is implemented.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Independent, has initiative and is focused in delivery
