Stewarding Operations Supervisor (Dishwashing) - Lead Hygiene Excellence in Hospitality

Location: South Singapore
Job Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts
Gross Salary: Up to $3,700++
(Includes shift allowance, overtime pay, bonuses, and night shift compensation)
Sign-On Bonus: One-month base salary (fully payable upon confirmation)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations
  Supervise a team of stewards (both full-time and part-time) to uphold hygiene standards across the restaurant
• Maintain Cleanliness & Order
  Oversee stewarding areas to ensure all cleaning routines and hygiene protocols are strictly followed
• Monitor Supplies
  Track and manage stock levels of Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) to ensure smooth operations
• Plan Deep Cleaning Activities
  Schedule and execute regular deep-cleaning sessions for back-of-house areas
• Support a Culture of Excellence
  Provide guidance, resolve issues on the ground, and maintain open communication with kitchen and service teams

✅ What You Bring

• At least 2 years' experience in stewarding or back-of-house roles within restaurants or bars
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team-leading role (preferred)
• Strong grasp of hygiene standards, cleaning SOPs, and stewarding operations
• Confident communicator with the ability to motivate a diverse team
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Comfortable with night shifts - additional night shift allowance provided
