• Analyse complex datasets related to logistics operations to uncover insights and drive data-informed decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute logistics-focused strategies aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency
• Conceptualise initiatives from planning through execution, including measuring outcomes, and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Coordinate and communicate end-to-end project plans, timelines, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels
• Demonstrate hands-on involvement to drive projects and solutions across logistics operations

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing / possesses a Bachelor's Degree and above in any discipline at a reputable university
• For fresh graduates, expected graduation by July 2025
• Prior experiences in a data-driven role, internship or full-time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration, presenting findings, and conveying insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive team environment
