Responsibilities

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to align payroll with compensation budgets and policies.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Compensation Analytics:
  • Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to support competitive pay structures and equitable compensation practices.
  • Provide insights into market trends and compensation benchmarking to inform compensation strategy.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, pay equity, and other relevant metrics for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with proven, incremental experience in payroll processing, and/or compensation analytics.

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and/or compensation benchmarking tools.

• Proficient in data analysis and generating accurate reports with high attention to detail.

• In-depth understanding of employment laws, tax regulations, and HR compliance requirements
