We're seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee our operations, drive online sales, and champion our pet-centric culture.Job Summary:The E-Commerce Operations Manager will lead Smartpaw's e-commerce operations, overseeing platforms, sales strategies, team performance, and operational processes to support our retail expansion.

This role focuses on guiding our team and strategies to achieve revenue goals while fostering our love for pets. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with e-commerce expertise, ready to drive sales and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Platform Strategy:

• Drive online sales through Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and Smartpaw's website by overseeing optimization of product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize conversions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with Smartpaw's pet-centric brand.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our digital sales presence (e.g., new marketplaces, partnerships).

Team Supervision:

• Oversee our team's efforts, including marketing and customer support (e.g., ad campaigns, inquiries), social media (e.g., Instagram, Lemon8), product development and fulfillment (e.g., deliveries), admin/HR/inventory (e.g., showroom setups), and accounting.
• Guide team performance by setting KPIs and providing coaching to achieve goals (e.g., improve marketing ROI, ensure inventory accuracy).

Operational Processes:

• Oversee fulfillment, repair, and platform integration processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction (e.g., monitor repair timelines, e-commerce syncing systems).
• Guide the implementation of operational tools and coordinate with suppliers to maintain product quality (e.g., secure repair parts).

HR and Payroll Oversight:

• Oversee HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency (e.g., streamline payroll and onboarding).
• Support recruitment and foster a collaborative, pet-centric team culture as we grow.

Strategic Support and Reporting:

• Provide our founder with platform, sales, operational, and team performance data to support retail expansion plans (e.g., sales and efficiency reports).
• Promote Smartpaw's pet-centric culture across operations and strategies (e.g., ensure pet-friendly campaigns).

What You'll Need:

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years in e-commerce operations, with experience overseeing online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) and driving sales. Knowledge of team leadership or HR processes is a plus.
• A Passion for Pets: A deep love for animals and enthusiasm for championing Smartpaw's pet-centric culture in operations and strategies.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to oversee a small team, set goals, and drive results through guidance and collaboration.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency with analytics tools to monitor sales, platform, and operational performance.
• Operational Expertise: Experience overseeing processes (e.g., fulfillment, inventory) and supporting HR tasks.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to collaborate with team, suppliers, and founder.
• Proactive Attitude: Ability to lead in a fast-paced SME, taking initiative to drive sales and support growth.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay: SGD 3,500.00-SGD 4,500.00 per month
