Job Description:

• Analyse and document current business workflows to identify inefficiencies
• Recommend practical improvements while limiting ERP system customisation
• Align processes with industry standards and utilise standard ERP features
• Design and document streamlined workflows and processes
• Work with IT teams to integrate process changes into systems like SAP and BI tools
• Define system requirements and collaborate with vendors/developers on enhancements
• Lead cross-functional teams in process and system improvement projects
• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation
• Support change management efforts for effective process adoption
• Conduct training sessions on new systems and processes
• Collaborate with global teams and support overseas initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or relevant field
• 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Familiarity with MFP industry processes
• Lean/Six Sigma certified
