We are looking for a passionate Mid to Senior Level Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and oversee the development and deployment of application systems that support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to analyse business processes and translate them into effective, end-to-end system solutions.
• Offer expert guidance on how to leverage IT systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Lead application development efforts by coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Design intuitive, robust, and functional solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
• Monitor and maintain application performance in production, resolving issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Work alongside solution architects and technical leads to ensure the system design aligns with enterprise-wide architecture standards.
• Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all system developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of system design principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Solid experience in programming and application development using Java, JavaScript, SQL, web and mobile technologies, and object-oriented programming paradigms (OOP)
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and workflows, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a user-first mindset.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude to take initiative and drive solutions.
