Job Summary:
This desk-based role is responsible for supporting daily business operations by managing administrative tasks and coordinating inbound and outbound freight forwarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer communications to schedule deliveries and collections, promptly addressing inquiries and service requests.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to guarantee efficient and seamless service delivery.
  • Handle shipping documentation and processes for assigned customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Perform administrative duties that support overall operational efficiency.


Requirements:

Computer Literate - MS Office, Teams

Language - English (Read, Write, Speak), if can speak Melayu is an advantage

Singaporeans / Permanent resident

Transport Provided:

Company shuttle bus to Tenah Merah / Bedok / Pasir Ris / Tampines Interchange

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm

Overtime if required

Rest days on Sat, Sun, PH.

Location:

Changi South (650m walk to Expo MRT)

Salary:

Basic salary of SGD 2000-2200 per month, with CPF

Overtime will be 1.5x pay, CPF included

AWS available
