• Supporting and proposing innovative ways (e.g. process automation) to improve on pre-existing technology within the centre
• Providing crucial support in the maintenance of the IT infrastructure within the centre for day-to-day operations
• Assisting in the troubleshooting of issues pertaining to IT applications that may arise
• Conducting the necessary administrative work (e.g. documentation, escalation, follow-up) upon occurrence of IT-related incidents
