Job Description: <ul> <li>Ensure smooth implementation of new F&B products, monitor system and process to ensure that resources are used effectively.</li> <li>Ensure customers get the best service and experience by minimizing complaints, performing service recovery and giving recognition to staff based on customer compliments.</li> <li>Build sales for the restaurant by motivating and training staff in operation</li> <li>Ensure outlet meet statutory health and safety requirement.</li> <li>Any other duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.</li></ul> Job Requirements: <ul> <li>At least 3 years of related experience in F&B industry.</li></ul>
