Job Requirement

- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any service issues that arise.
- Work closely with other departments, such as HR, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and support for operational activities.
Job Requirement
- Minimum a Diploma in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
