Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support via phone and email

• Create air freight booking

• Coordinate between forwarders and customers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery

• Handle customer enquiries

• Prepare invoices, packing list, and DO

• Maintain proper filing system

• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience in warehouse operation (documentation)

• Team Player, positive and willing to learn attitude

** Fresh graduates are welcome - On the job training provided
