• Being the window person to liaise with customers including Japan based customers.

• Communicate and negotiate with overseas group companies as well as HQ in Japan.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the logistics operation.

• Provide support in new business development activities for potential customers.

• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management

• Minimum 5 - 10years of experience in Logistics industry.

• Good knowledge in handling different kinds of products, especially electronic devices

• Good knowledge of Incoterm, international trade administration by air/ocean and Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) operation

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and train the team of staff, monitor staff performance.

• Maintain good relationship with customers.

• High level of proficiency in Japanese is necessary to communicate, negotiate and coordinate efficiently with Japan based customers and HQ in Japan.
