About Our Client:

Our client is in search of an Operations Manager with proven experience to ensure smooth and efficient operations within their coworking space business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations and performance of all coworking spaces across Singapore.
• Foster a positive team culture to ensure high employee engagement and job satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain excellence in customer service and operational standards.
• Plan and host social events and workshops to enhance member engagement and satisfaction through proactive relationship management and efficient problem resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance workplace productivity and client retention through effective facility management.
• Maintain landlord relationships, coordinate internal office operations and space maintenance, and manage vendors (e.g., IT, cleaning services) to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Manage capital and operational expenditure budgets to maximize financial efficiency and resource allocation.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency and organizational performance management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, any major is acceptable.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the coworking industry, with preference given to those currently in similar roles.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive business success.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
• Sharp market insight with the ability to identify opportunities and execute strategic plans.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
