- Participate in industry events, conference, and webinars to promote the company's cloud solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution briefs, and customer proposals.
- Document customer interactions, solution designs, and feedback for internal use and continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
