Job Summary

Neptune Global Logistics is a leading and successful logistics company with an overseas presence. We are now seeking for an experienced Sales & Operations Officer to join our team. As a key member, the Sales & Operation officer will be responsible for both indoor sales support and operational duties.

Job Description:

• Arrange bookings with shipping lines or carriers for cargo to be transported via sea and air . Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, and various internal departments and related team to ensure smooth cargo flow and timely shipments.
• Prepare and manage all relevant documentation for sea freight shipments, including shipping instructions, customs documents, letter of credit and any other necessary paperwork.
• Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer's request upon request
• Monitor the progress of sea/ air freight shipments in real-time, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Address any delays or issues promptly and take corrective actions and pre-alerts to customers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least O" Level.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping industry.
• Knowledge of L/C Documentations, incoterms, Singapore shipping procedure & freight forwarding experience.
• Responsible and committed team player
• Motivated individual and possesses good planning and follow-up skills.
• Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate Starter will be an added advantage.
• Solid organizational and IT skills, particularly MS Office.
• Able to communicate with China HQ colleague.
