1. Manage warehouse stock movements in the SAP system.

2. Record incoming goods and delivery orders accurately.

3. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure internal records match customer/vendor balances.

4. Generate pick lists and delivery orders efficiently.

5. Ensure precise entry of stock movements.

6. Perform critical inventory tasks for stock accuracy.

7. Review documentation, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot quantity issues.

8. Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.

9. Assist with monthly cycle counts and half-yearly stock takes.

10. Maintain organized document filing for audits.

11. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
