Join the multi-year IT transformation program implementing the Temenos Wealth Suite, focusing on investment advisory, portfolio management, and system integration with core banking and order execution platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements, produce functional specs, and manage product backlog
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and integrators
• Review and validate deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Contribute to defining and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Support system integration with securities referential and order execution systems
• Prepare test cases, support SIT/UAT, and contribute to change and incident management
• Document functional and non-functional specifications clearly and thoroughly
• Work with JIRA, Confluence, and support REST API design discussions
• Analyze risks/issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution
• Collaborate across multicultural teams in a hybrid Waterfall/Scrum environment

What You Bring

• 5+ years' experience in business analysis, preferably in wealth/private banking
• Solid understanding of portfolio management, order lifecycle, and financial products
• Experience with Temenos Triple'A, API design, and transformation projects is a plus
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
