Job Purpose:

Drive the design and delivery of secured assets solutions for global financial systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, define, and document business needs for collateral system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and user scenarios for developers.
• Ensure software quality through testing, validation, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across tech and business to optimize product delivery.
• Provide functional guidance, training, and support to internal teams as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in capital markets or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of collateral processes and financial instruments (FX, Bonds, etc.).
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and data formats like FPML.
• Clear communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage full project lifecycle, from analysis to support.

The successful Senior Business Analyst must possess a strong background in financial systems, market products, and the full software development lifecycle.
