Job Purpose:

To analyze business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive value within the Market Risk/Trading Systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and match them with suitable technology solutions to maximize value.
• Design solution blueprints considering integration with existing systems and business needs.
• Translate user needs into technical specifications for seamless solution design and development.
• Assess the impact and feasibility of solutions on the business environment and future needs.
• Prioritize stakeholder requests and balance competing needs to maximize organizational value.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, ideally in Capital Markets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools like Oracle and TSQL.
• Prior exposure to market risk and front-office operations in the Capital Markets space.
• Experience with microservices, API integration, and tools like Swagger UI.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in JIRA and Kanban.

The successful Business Analyst - Market Risk, Trading Systems must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to bridge business and technical requirements, ensuring the seamless integration of innovative solutions.
