• Gather and translate business needs into clear functional specs for market data systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to define priorities and actionable user stories.
• Support software delivery lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and occasional L3 support activities.
• Analyze and manipulate data using SQL, Excel, and optionally Python or R.
• Communicate effectively across business and IT, ensuring alignment with Capital Markets objectives.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in financial services.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, and programming languages like Python or R.
• Experience with Market Data administration and financial instruments (FX, Bonds, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
