Job Purpose:

Support the migration of global treasury systems by bridging business needs with tech solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, translate, and document business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to design, test, and deliver system enhancements.
• Support smooth integration of trading platforms and data flows across systems.
• Perform and manage testing activities to ensure platform quality and performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting, improving workflows, and enhancing overall system reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis and system testing.
• Strong knowledge of treasury and investment products like FX, bonds, and derivatives.
• Experience with trading or treasury platforms.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, SQL, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

The successful Business Analyst - Treasury Systems Migration must possess strong system analysis skills, QA experience, and financial product knowledge to lead key enhancements.
