Our client, headquartered in Japan, specialize in the design and renovation of commercial spaces which including department stores, specialty shops, and restaurants. They also expanding their business into non-commercial spaces such as showrooms, offices, and laboratories.

Job Description:
- Support the Project Management Team in project implementation
- Develop work schedules and coordinate with clients, consultants, mall management, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and coordinate site progress while ensuring workplace safety compliance
- Manage maintenance works and promptly address ad-hoc repairs
- Handle project administration and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or a related field.
- Able to commit to working nights and weekends as needed

Compensation:
- Working location: CBD
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm
- AWS and Medical Insurance
