General ManagementJob Responsibilities:
• Oversee the project in Singapore or/and oversea. Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the company's strategic direction in growth initiatives and market expansion.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Supervise and lead project managers, site supervisors, and support staff. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build an effective and skilled team.
• Ensure compliance with local, national construction regulations and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
• Manage frequent travel as required, facilitate communication and collaboration between local teams and headquarters.
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare reports for senior management, summarizing project performance, challenges, and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in senior management, with a strong background in Finance, HR and administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly hands-on and effectively.
