Job Description:-

1. Overall in-charge of the smooth running and profitability of Special Processes, Cutting, Machining and Warehousing department.
2. Responsible for the departments' profit & loss; develop maximum profitable sales to current and potential customers.
3. Achieve department sales targets.
4. Handling of all technical enquires pertaining to all special processes and machining.
5. Responsible for all surface treatment training for Special Processes and Sales staff.
6. Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacturing. Anaylse production specifications and plant capacity data.
7. Plan and schedule workflow according to arranged schedules to meet unforeseen circumstance including outsourcing and liaison with sub-contractors.
8. Ensure that production is operating smoothly and efficiently. Implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, quality of work. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
9. Ensures that quality and commitment are maximized.
10. Ensure safety is embodied in each and every Special Production and Production staff.
11. Ensure equipment requiring inspections, certification, maintenance to be done on time. Repairs to be done as soon as possible if any.
12. Training program for each and every staff under his/her care.
13. Responsible for facility repairs and maintenance.
14. Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

A) Academic Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Tooling engineering

B) Skills & Knowledge :

1. Experience in warehouse operation/store management.
2. Capable of supervising shop floors, metal-working, scheduling & machine calibration.
3. Some experience in administration & logistics in factories.
4. ISO experience is an added advantage.
5. Proficiency in computer software.
6. Self-motivated & quality conscious.
7. Independent with good problem-solving & analytical skills.
8. Possess good leadership & communication skills.

C) Experience in related fields: Min. 4 years relevant experience in similar field of work.
