about the Job
In this senior role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex banking applications. You will oversee the entire software lifecycle, from requirement analysis and technical design to deployment and post-implementation support. Your responsibilities include performing in-depth system integration testing (SIT), ensuring high-quality UAT support, and leading the troubleshooting of production issues. You will also mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

skills and Experience Required

• Expert proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL, specializing in database optimization, performance tuning, and complex query design for high-efficiency back-end systems.
• Advanced experience in designing and automating complex batch processes using Control-M or equivalent schedulers for large-scale, high-volume environments.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks, driving continuous integration, deployment, and system orchestration.
• Mastery in database architecture, data modeling, and relational systems for large-scale, high-performance data solutions supporting advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and resilient application solutions, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems and external interfaces.
• Leadership in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing end-to-end execution of complex system integrations and workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, implementing strategic solutions across distributed and multi-tiered environments.
