Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the coffeeshop, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
2. Tenant Management: Source and manage tenants for food stalls, including contract negotiations and rent collection.
3. Financial Management: Handle daily sales settlement, manage inventory, and source suppliers with competitive pricing.
4. Stock Management: Conduct stock takes, order supplies, and maintain healthy inventory levels.
5. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
6. Team Management: Supervise, lead, and motivate the team, ensuring fairness in scheduling and providing opportunities for growth and development.
7. Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring consistent quality of service and resolving issues promptly.
8. Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required, including assisting with events, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
Key Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma in any field of study.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in coffeeshop or food court management.
3. Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent team player with leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
4. Physical Requirements: Prepared to work in a non-air-conditioned setting.
5. Personal Qualities:
- Proactive and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
