Job Description:

Reporting to the Director, the Business Consultant candidate is to manage the overall Company's HR functions assigned to him/her and is competent on the following:

• \tWork with clients to identify business challenges and solutions

• \tConduct studies and evaluations, design system and procedures, conduct work

excellence studies, prepare operations and procedures handbooks to improve

work excellence practices

• \tPropose innovative strategies and execution to clients to achieve long term goals

• \tManage projects, implement change initiatives, monitor implementation progress,

address challenges to meet datelines

Training will be provided in full cycle recruitment covering business development, client engagement, projects management.

Salary : $2300 to $2600 per month including commission
