• Position: Yard Operations Supervisor/Manager (HSE/Shipyard) - Up To $9,000
• Location: Shipyard Crescent (Transport Provided at CCK, Jurong West, Lakeside & Jurong point)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 7.30am to 4.30pm & Saturday | 7.30am to 11.30am
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + Variable Bonus + Insurance + 18 - 25 Days Annual Leave + Medical Claim $400/year + Dental Claim $200/year
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction / Waste Recycling

Responsibilities:

• Supervise yard operations, including receipt, sorting, processing, and storage of scrap metal & wood waste materials.
• Manage and coordinate yard staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and waste reduction.

Requirements:

• Experience in scrap metal or wood waste recycling, construction, shipyard or industrial operations.
• Degree/Diploma in engineering related fields.
• Possess leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
