Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, food and beverage quality, and financial performance
Demonstrates and reinforces behaviors and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment from Staff, Supervisors and Managers to delivering Excellent QSC standards
Interviews, conducts OJEs and trains restaurant manager based on district needs and goals
Supports, coaches and consults to ensure that all assigned restaurants are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential, operational efficiency and turnover among all restaurant employees is reduced
Knows, enforces, educates and consults with all restaurant employees on all appropriate HR policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures
Supports, coaches, consult, develop and recognize the results of all levels of restaurant employees
Consults with GM on employee commitment measurement and assist with plan to increase employee's loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the ASTON's experience
Gives input on performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for each Restaurant Manager. Ensures that individual developments plans are implemented and diversify staffing objectives
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by GM

Job Requirement

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and people management skills
English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient reading and verbal comprehension
Passion for the hospitality industry
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
