Position Summary

The role is part of the local logistics team, reporting to the Site Logistics Leader, managing inventory replenishment and daily operations at Third-Party Logistics (3PL) sites. Requires strong planning skills, risk-adjusted decision-making, and proactive communication to mitigate supply chain risks. Will support S/4HANA implementation, drive continuous improvement, and assist in root-cause analysis for operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Replenishment:
  Daily review of replenishment to meet inventory targets and ensure on-time customer fulfillment.
  Collaborate with Global Supply Planning to optimize inventory targets and address supply constraints.
  Steward supply for new businesses/product rollovers with Sales & Demand Planning teams.
• Operational Coordination:
  Manage day-to-day 3PL site activities, enforcing SOP compliance.
  Provide SAP R3/S4 HANA transactional support and TMS (Transport Management System) planning for freight.
  Handle order exceptions, freight payables, and drumming schedules.
• Compliance & Improvement:
  Conduct physical inventory counts and oversee package recertification.
  Identify SMOG (scrap/obsolete goods) and coordinate disposal.
  Adopt DOIMS safety standards in daily operations.
  Resolve ad-hoc logistics issues with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Requirement:

• Logistics/supply chain experience preferred.
• SAP MRP & R3 proficiency; SAP TM/S4 Hana a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
