Responsibilities:

• Assist GM for daily business operations and management of the Singapore branch.

• Assist GM to researching and identifying growth opportunities, developing and implementing long-term development strategies for business growth.

• Assist GM to improving internal processes for better productivity, creating policies for business development.

• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients in Singapore and southeast Asia. Work closely with managers and other senior staff to retain clients and engage in key or targeted client activities.

• Assist to setting goals for department's team and assist teams to achieve their key performance goals. Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives

• Other task as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, finance or economics or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Regional Rail Transport industry is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin fluency in written and spoken (to coordinate with the Chinese speaking client, supplier, contractor etc.)
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
