Position Overview:

• Analyse sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events, specials, and new menu items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports for upper management on operational performance and strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of operations and customer service excellence.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
