TAK Products & Services is a leading supplier of high-quality surface laminates for interior and architectural applications. We are seeking an independent and meticulous individual to join our Supply Chain Management team as Quality Management Specialist. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the role of Quality Management Specialist is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of quality management across our group.

Job Descriptions

• Monitor and ensure Quality Standards Alignment as set by the company, carry audit checks on the processes of Manufacturers' quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct Quality Checks on Incoming Inventory; inspect and assess products for any defects, inconsistency or non­compliance issues.
• Perform lab and field tests on products to verify the performance and its quality compliance and provide recommendations for product improvement where necessary.
• Work closely with key stakeholders on ensuring desired quality consistency on new and current products.
• Carry out non-conformance recovery, identifying root causes, documenting and lodgement of claims as well as ensuring suppliers or internal teams have immediate corrective measures in place.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and facilitating process consistency.
• Identify, acquire, maintain and manage certification renewal processing in a timely manner with all relevant certifying authorities.
• Conduct competitive analysis of certification positioning in the interior and surface materials sector to maintain market competitiveness.
• Develop and conduct internal product training and quality management presentations to educate employees and enhance quality awareness across departments.
• Any ad hoc assignment or participation in any new projects on Quality/ Supply Chain Management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of working experience in quality assurance or related role within the industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge and experience in quality assurance management, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with internal and external stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking partners.
• Only Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) need to apply.
