We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our client in the Private Equity sector with a Netsuite ERP implementation. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in ERP implementations. You'll work closely with business and technical teams to streamline operations, improve workflows, and bring scalable solutions to life.

The Role

• Conduct in-depth business process analysis across sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and finance functions.
• Document current state operations and define future workflows leveraging Netsuite best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs.
• Configure Netsuite using standard functionality with minimal customization.
• Develop and execute test plans; support UAT.
• Create clear documentation of business processes and system configurations.
• Deliver user training and provide go-live support.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager and technical team for successful delivery.
• Support data migration, validation, and post-implementation enhancements.

Your Profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, including 3+ Netsuite implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Netsuite, especially in inventory, procurement, order processing, and manufacturing.
• Understanding of supply chain, and manufacturing workflows.
• Expertise in process mapping and translating business requirements.
• Familiarity with data migration and testing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate technical details to business users.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
