Commission/Incentives based on achieving sales targets
Job Scope:
Manage and oversee daily operations of the outlet(s) to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Lead, motivate, and manage the team of beauty therapists, consultants, and front desk staff.
Ensure company sales targets and KPIs are achieved consistently, through effective team management, upselling, and service excellence.
Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain high standards in service and operations.
Drive sales performance by planning and executing promotions, packages, and marketing initiatives with the team.
Manage customer experience, handle feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance appraisals.
Manage stock control, inventory, product ordering, and equipment maintenance.
Prepare operational and sales performance reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of operations management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, spa, or wellness industry.
Strong leadership, sales-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
Familiar with beauty treatments, bust care, slimming services, and related equipment is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS/CRM systems.
Fluent in English (Mandarin-speaking ability preferred for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients).
