Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end courier and parcel delivery operations
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching
Coordinate fleet and delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery
Supervise logistics staff including delivery drivers and warehouse workers
Develop SOPs and improve operational workflows
Ensure compliance with delivery SLAs and safety regulations
Use logistics software to monitor and optimize routes
Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
Report on KPIs such as delivery success rate, turnaround time, and cost efficiency
Ensure timely deliveries and maintain high service levels
Manage staffing, scheduling, and team training

Eligibilty:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field
Relevant experiences of managing logistics/courier/delivery/business operations preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills
Strong time management skills and punctuality
Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Requirements:

This position operates in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where multitasking and quick decision-making are crucial. Due to tight deadlines and dynamic operational demands, strong time management and the ability to perform under stress are essential.
Candidates must be adaptable, stay focused under pressure, and consistently meet performance expectations in a demanding work setting.
This position also requires the employee to be on standby for additional duties beyond normal hours when operational demands arise including during off days and public holidays.

Gross Salary:

- $5500 - $7500 (one year contract bond)
